{New stars in Artisoft's dealer network}

Among the growing army of dealers who carry Artisoft  products, the Five
Star logo will identify the generals. The first members of Artisoft's elite on
the street were certified at COMDEX in Atlanta, ready to provide maximum
service and technical support to people using and considering Artisoft
products. Visiting an Artisoft Authorized Five Star Dealer gives a customer
the opportunity to see in-store demonstrations of Artisoft products and
merchandise immediately available for purchase. Dealers who earn the
new Five Star authorization are more than good salespeople. They have
been thoroughly trained and tested before certification. To make sure they
stay current with Artisoft's constantly improving technology and expanding
product line, the Artisoft Authorized Five Star Dealers will be recertified
annually.  They will have a direct line to Artisoft sales and technical
support headquarters, enabling them to provide faster and more detailed
answers for their customers. As a result, they will usually be sales leaders
as well. To Artisoft product users, Artisoft Authorized Five Star Dealers are
the most knowledgeble contacts in the field. Those elite dealers will be
experts in solving connectivity concerns. Expect them to be Artisoft's best
representatives.
